Summary

The theme of the sexual identity of the human person is, today, among the most debated issues. Ever since the so called “gender theory” came out of the academic contexts, proposing itself to the international juridical scene, entire national societies have been involved in the work of restructuring according to unedited anthropological outlines. The aim of the present article is to give a bit of clarity to the issue, beginning specifically from the terms and words used, so as to favor a clearer knowledge which is essential to facing the question that proposes to be a radical re-elaboration of the nature of the human person as handed down to us through history.

Riassunto

Il tema dell’identità sessuale della persona umana e, oggi, fra i più dibattuti: da quando la cosiddetta “teoria di genere” e uscita dai contesti accademici proponendosi alla scena giuridica internazionale, intere società nazionali sono state coinvolte in un lavoro di ristrutturazione secondo schemi antropologici inediti. Scopo del presente lavoro e quello di realizzare un po’ di chiarezza sull’argomento, partendo proprio dai termini e dalle parole utilizzate in modo da favorire una chiara conoscenza, indispensabile per affrontare una questione che vuole proporre una radicale rielaborazione dell’umano cosi come consegnatoci dalla storia.
