Riassunto

Il contributo si propone di presentare i Rapporti di ricerca sulle migrazioni, pubblicati in Italia nell’anno 2016: il Dossier Statistico Immigrazione dell’IDOS (Immigrazione Dossier Statistico); il XXII Rapporto sulle migrazioni 2016 della Fondazione ISMU (Iniziative e Studi sulla Multietnicità); il XXV Rapporto Immigrazione 2015. La cultura dell’incontro, di Caritas e Migrantes.
I nuclei tematici sviluppati dai vari autori evidenziano sia la pregnanza dei processi migratori per i paesi di origine che di arrivo dei soggetti migranti, sia che si tratti di processi bilaterali che modificano l’assetto delle società a livello strutturale e culturale. I dati documentano come le migrazioni siano ormai un fatto strutturale e non passeggero e, pertanto, le istituzioni, prime fra tutte quelle educative, si trovano e si troveranno - nel futuro prossimo - a gestirle non più dal punto di vista dell’emergenza, quanto piuttosto sul fronte dell’integrazione e della convivenza.

Summary

This contribution proposes to represent the Research Reports on migration, published in Italy in 2016: The Dossier of Immigration Statistics by IDOS (Immigration Dossier Statistics); The XXII Report on Migration 2016 by the ISMU Foundation (Initiatives and Studies on Multi-ethnicity); The XXVI Report on Immigration 2015. The culture of encounter, by Caritas and Migrantes.
The thematic nuclei developed by the various authors highlight both the pregnancy of the migratory process for the nations of origin as well as of arrival of the migrants, both for the bilateral processes that delmodify the attitudes of the societies at the structural and cultural levels. The data documents how migration is already a structural fact and not just a passing event and, therefore, the institutions, first of all the educational institutions, find themselves, and will find themselves - in the near future - having to deal with it not as an emergency, but as integration and living together.

Resumen

El estudio se propone presentar los Informes de investigación sobre las migraciones, publicados en Italia durante el año 2016: El Dossier Estadístico Inmigración del IDOS (Inmigración Dossier Estadístico); el XXII Informe sobre las migraciones 2016 de la Fundación ISMU (Iniciativas y estudios sobre la multietnicidad); el XXV Informe Inmigración 2015. La cultura del encuentro, de Caritas y Migrantes.
Los núcleos temáticos desarrollados por los diversos autores ponen de relieve, tanto la importancia de los procesos de migración para los Países de origen, como la llegada de los sujetos migrantes, ya se trate de procesos bilaterales que modifican la organización de la sociedad a nivel estructural y cultural. Los datos documentan cómo las migraciones sean ya un hecho structural y no pasajero y, por lo tanto, las instituciones, en primer lugar las educativas, se encuentran y se encontrarán - en el futuro próximo - a administrarlas, no ya desde el punto de vista de la emergencia, sino más bien en lo que se refiere a la integración y a la convivencia.
