L'étude illustre la compléxité des transformations psychiques, liées à la première maternité de la femme, En suivant le plus récentes recherches en ce domaine, on démontre comment le développement de l'identité maternelle ressort d'une profonde et, au fur et à mesure, plus consciente élaboration de la personnalité de la jeune femme. Celle ci devrait être en même temps une médiation pour la structuration du rôle paternel de son partner.

Summary

The study illustrates the complexity of the psychological changes, connected with the woman's first motherhood. According to the most recent researches in this field, the authors demonstrate how the development of the maternal identity is the result of a deep and always more conscious maturing of the woman's personality. This process should, at the same time, help the development of the paternal role of the partner.

Lo studio cerca di illustrare le complesse dinamiche delle trasformazioni psichiche connesse alla prima maternità della donna. Sulla base delle più recenti ricerche in questo ambito si dimostra come lo sviluppo dell'identità materna è frutto di una profonda e sempre più consapevole elaborazione della personalità della donna, che dovrebbe, allo stesso tempo, mediare anche la strutturazione del ruolo paterno nel partner.

El tratado quiere ilustrar las dinámicas de las trasformaciones psiquicas y su complejidad, ligadas a la primera maternidad de la mujer. En base a las más recientes investigaciones en este campo, se demuestra còmo el desarrollo de la identidad materna es fruto de una conciente, profunda y gradual elaboración de la personalidad de la mujer, que debería, mediar al mismo tiempo, la estructuración del rol paterno en el "partner".
