Summary

The article presents the formation of working professors in the Salesian Schools in Spain, using good practices inspired by St. John Bosco’s and St. Mary D. Mazzarello’s specific vision of pedagogical humanism. The major formative outlines of both the National Commission for Salesian Catholic Schools and the Catholic Schools are presented, with indications of some formative criteria for accompanying teachers in the assimilation of the values that must permeate Salesian pedagogy.

L’articolo presenta la formazione dei professori in servizio delle scuole salesiane della Spagna tenendo presenti le buone pratiche che si ispirano alla vision peculiare dell’umanesimo pedagogico di san Giovanni Bosco e santa Maria D. Mazzarello. Vengono presentate le grandi linee formative offerte sia dalla Commissione Nazionale delle Scuole Salesiane sia dalle Scuole cattoliche indicando alcuni criteri formativi per accompagnare i docenti nell’assimilazione dei valori che devono permeare la pedagogia salesiana.

El artículo presenta la formación de profesores en servicio de los colegios salesianos de España a partir de buenas prácticas que se inspiran en la visión peculiar del humanismo pedagógico de San Juan Bosco y Santa María Mazzarello. Se presentan las grandes líneas formativas ofrecidas por las Escuelas Católicas y la Comisión Nacional de Escuelas Salesianas, indicando algunos criterios formativos para acompañar los docentes en la asimilación de los valores que deben permear la pedagogía salesiana.
